Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Resolve mobile application ("App"), accessing the website at resolve.veo3gen.app ("Website"), or using any services provided by Resolve ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resolve is a productivity application that allows users to track habits, use focus timers, maintain journals, and view analytics. The Service is provided "as is" and intended for personal self-improvement use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Premium Features

Certain features of the Service (e.g., unlimited habits, advanced analytics, cloud sync) may be locked behind a paid "Premium" subscription.

3.2 Free Trial

The Resolve Yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers who have not previously subscribed to any plan within the same subscription group. During the free trial period you have full access to all Premium features at no charge.

Billing after trial: If you do not cancel before the end of your 3-day free trial, your Apple ID account will automatically be charged the full annual subscription price at the end of the trial period.

Cancellation during trial: To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription or trial.

Trial eligibility: Free trials are available only to users who have not previously subscribed to any plan within the Resolve subscription group. Eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one trial per Apple ID per subscription group.

3.3 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or immediately following the expiration of any applicable free trial.

3.4 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or before the free trial ends, if applicable). You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the data, text, images, and other content ("User Content") that you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your User Content to third parties.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the Service.
  • Use automated scripts to collect information from the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RESOLVE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESOLVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
